Article 1 – Subject

These terms and conditions apply to the sales by SAS MONT-BRISON 2015, located in 3 Avenue du Général de Gaulle 05100 Briançon, France

Article 2 – Prices

Our product prices are mentioned in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable at the booking day), unless otherwise stated. All reservations, wherever they come from, are payable in euros.

SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the current rate at the moment of validation of the order and subject to availability.

Article 3 - Reservations

Room reservation is only valid after acceptance of the customer’s reservation by SAS MONT-BRISON 2015. The confirmation of the customer’s reservation by SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 remains at its entire discretion. Moreover, the reservation must - in order to be firm - be guaranteed by a valid credit card from a renowned institute.

To reserve a room: you select the dates of the stay and the type of room wanted. Then you fill in the information asked for.

The customer is the only person responsible for his choice of services and of their appropriateness to his needs, so that the responsibility of SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 cannot be sought after in this respect.

The reservation is considered to be accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process. The contract information is written in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.

Article 4 - Confirmation of your reservation

Every reservation placed on the Internet site supposes the acceptance of the present General Terms of sale. Every confirmation of reservations involves your full and entire acceptance of these general terms of sale, without exception or reserve.
The set of dates given and the registered confirmation will prove the transaction.
You confirm having read and understood the above conditions completely.

Article 5 - Payment

The fact of validating your order involves your obligation to pay the price written down.
The payment of your reservation takes place the day of arrival. In case of selection of the unannullable rate, SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 can debit the bank card as soon as the reservation has been confirmed.

Article 6 - Retraction

ccording to article L.121-21-8 12° of the Consumption Code, the customer is reminded of the fact that he does not dispose of the right of retraction provided for in article L.121-21 of the Consumption Code.

Article 7 - Modification / Cancellation

The terms of sale of the reserved rate specify the modification/cancellation terms of the booking. Prepaid bookings at non cancellable and non-refundable prices will not be modified/cancelled. Reservations at the standard rate rate or any other reserved rates may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before (after this period the entire reservation will be due). The prepaid deposits will not be refunded . If they are, it will be mentioned in the terms and conditions of the rate. When allowed by the terms of sale of the rate:

booking cancellation can be made directly on the website.
booking modification can be made directly to the hotel, via the telephone number mentioned on the website.

In case of a stay break, the full price agreed on will be received. In case of a prepaid reservation, no refund will thereby be granted.
Every reservation bears a name and is non-transferable to a third party, free or on payment.

Article 8 - Arrival and Departure

The keys of the rooms are available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be returned before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Article 9 - Responsibility

SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 cannot accept liability for problems or damages inherent in making use of the Internet, in particular a circuit break, an exterior interference or a computer virus.

Article 10 - Law to be applied in case of disputes

This contract has been written in French. These sales conditions are subjected to the French law. In case of disputes, only the French courts are competent.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

All site elements are and remain intellectual and exclusive property of SAS MONT-BRISON 2015. Nobody is entitled to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or utilise, even partly, site elements such as visual or acoustic software. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without explicit written approval from SAS MONT-BRISON 2015.

Article 12 - Personal data

SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 reserves the right to collect your nominative information and personal data. They are necessary for the management of your order and the improvement of the services and the information we address to you. They can also be passed on to the companies that contribute to these relations, such as those that take care of the execution of the services and of the management, the execution, the treatment and the payment of the orders. In order to respect the legal and statutory obligations, this information and the personal data are kept for security purposes. According to the law dated January 6th 1978, you dispose of the right of access, rectification and opposition to your nominative information and personal data, directly on the website.

Article 13 - Evidence Filing

According to the Civil Code article N° 1348, SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 will archive the reservations and invoices on a reliable and lasting medium, being a true copy.
The SAS MONT-BRISON 2015 computerized registers will be considered as evidence of communications, reservations, payments and transactions between parties.
